Liniclate is just a short 30 min drive from both Ferry terminals Lochboisdale and Lochmaddy and is less than 10 min from the Airport situated in Balivanich which is serviced by daily flights to and from Glasgow
The main road outside is the B892 which pretty much circumnavigates the island , regular buses link up the islands and with 1 trunk road the A865 linking all 3 islands together you’ll not get lost , local taxis are plentiful and with a local hotel and bar and leisure center with pool just a short 5 min walk away you have plenty to choose from
local shopping is also extremely closeby with 2 supermarkets , Hebridean Jewellery and café which makes jewellery on the premises , Puffin crafts for gorgeous gifts , and MacGilliverys gift shop all within a 10 min drive away
