• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with final balance due 4 weeks prior to your check in date

• Please refrain from smoking /vaping inside the house

• Please remove you shoes prior to entering it just keeps the sand on the place it should be

• Damages and breakages - Please treat the house with due care so that all guests continue to enjoy it , if there’s anything missing or damaged please report it promptly so we may take the appropriate action ,especially before checkout . The accommodation will be inspected at the end of your holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damage .

• Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach

• Your stay is inclusive of electricity , internet access and heating
